Administrator Needed

Granite City Lodge #272 Loyal Order of Moose is looking for qualified candidates to fill the vacant Administrator position. To be a candidate for this position you must possess the following:
1) High School Diploma or GED is required. Some college preferred.
2) Past elected Officer status is preferred, but not required.
3) Email, Excel, Word, and Quickbooks experience desired.
4) Granite City Lodge #272 membership required upon acceptance of this position.
5) Successful completion of Lodge Leadership & House Committee training, 2-HOTT, and Administrator School required within 6 months of acceptance of this position.
The Administrator is expected to be at the Lodge a minimum of 5 days out of the week for 20 hours a week. This position is the day to day Operations Manager of this Lodge and therefore requires a 24 hour a day/ 7 day a week commitment. Duties will be as spelled out in the most recent issue of the General Laws of the Order and strict adherence to deadlines will be expected. This is a salaried position. Hours could possibly exceed 40 hours per week with no overtime pay. If you wish to be a candidate for this position, please submit a resume to any Officer by August 3, 2017.
